Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)

We provide one-on-one tutoring for each of the nine sections of the ASVAB. The ASVAB is a military entrance exam used to help determine military eligibility as well as to provide information about your vocational interests and aptitudes.

The ASVAB is used by the Navy, Army, Marines, Airforce, Coast Guard, and National Guard.

While there are nine different sections of the ASVAB test, you will only be scored in four areas for basic enlistment, which include arithmetic reasoning, mathematics knowledge, word knowledge, and paragraph comprehension. Each of these areas count towards your Armed Forces Qualifying Test (AFQT) score. Your AFQT score determines whether or not you are academically sound enough to enlist in the U.S. military.

The other areas of the ASVAB score are used to select your qualification for military occupational specialties and enlistment bonuses. A high score will increase the likelihood of you getting the specialty job and signing bonus you want.
